The coordination of the sales process from the moment we receive the purchase order to its delivery is supervised and set up by our sales coordinators, who ensure the availability of the product
for shipment and also help answer all of your questions concerning technical matters. Our sales support managers are located in Sfax, Tunis and Sousse.
We gladly offer, as an added value to our clients, the capacity, ability and commitment of the personnel in charge of this important process and we offer after-sales services.
Technical team:
Our technical team has over 36 years of experience in this field, where they handle the conception, design study, maintenance and repair of existing installations.
They also help in choosing the suitable resolution, explicating and clarifying certificates and products’ specificities and providing pieces of advice, the products’ advantages and guidance concerning smart systems.
They will also provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
